8.1. Fuel Supplies
In 2010, The JSC TGC-1 power plants (excluding Murmanskaya CHPP) used 6,138.9mn cub. m of gas, 67.9 thousand tonnes of fuel oil, and 403.7 thousand tonnes of coal for electricity and heat output.
8.2. Procurement Activities
The JSC TGC-1 Annual Comprehensive Procurement Programme was
fulfilled for 97% for 2010. The total fraction of the competitive
purchases in the 2010 procurement volume made 74%, of them
open procedures for 96%. Open competitive procedures in regard to
91 purchases, which equals to 7% of their total number, were conducted
using the electronic trade system on the unified Internet resource
www.b2b-energo.ru.*
The regulated competitive purchases were scheduled in the number
of 1,338; 1,289 purchases of them were carried out, which equals to
99%. The initial cost of lots amounted to RUR5,619.29mn; however,
the trading made it possible to slash out prices for the acquisition of
material and technical values, works and services for JSC TGC-1.
The economic effect from the conducting of competitive
purchases amounted to RUR447.98mn.
No advisory services in regard to conducting of competitive and regulated non-competitive purchases in 2010 were required. All specialists of the Tender Team in charge of conducting competitive procedures underwent the required special-purpose training related to trades / tenders.
