The JSC TGC-1 payroll equaled to 7,447 people on the results of the
2010 fiscal year. The overall Company’s payroll decreased by 1,612
people, and the number of process-and-production personnel (PPP)
decreased by 1,594 people.
The change in the payroll has resulted from:
– HPPs Cascade and HPP-6 were integrated into Ladozhskiye HPPs
Cascade; the enterprise SDTU and IT was included in the Nevsky
Branch’s structure;
– Measures for execution of the staffing level optimization
programme;
– Removal of non-production personnel (Pravoberezhnaya CHPP
medical station, Pervomayskaya CHPP canteen, and Severnaya
CHPP hothouse) from the structural divisions of the Nevsky
Branch of JSC TGC-1.
The average wage of the TGC-1 process-and-production personnel
amounted to RUR 39,026 in 2010, having increased by 11% versus
2009.
