On October 27th, 2011 the Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 approved the prospectus for the issue of the Company’s bonds. Four tranches of debt securities (3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th series) with the amount of 2 million rubles each will be issued for the period of 10 years. Par value of bonds is one thousand rubles per bond.

Gross electricity output by power plants of JSC TGC-1 in Saint Petersburg, Republic of Karelia, Leningrad Oblast and Murmansk Oblast (including Murmanskaya CHPP) for 9 months of the year 2011 equaled 20,718.5 million kW/h.

According to the annual plan of refurbishment TGC1 finished reconstruction of the 5th unit at Severnaya CHP in St. Petersburg.

TGC-1 starts tests of 5th new hydraulic turbine at Svetogorskaya HPP of Vuoksa Cascade within the complex refurbishment project (2007-2013). Total capacity of the new installed agregate is 30.5 MW.
