JSC TGC-1 releases its 3rd Quarter and 9 months 2010 financial results according to Russian accounting standards.
The Board of Directors of TGC-1 on 27 October 2010 resolved to terminate the contract with JSC Central Moscow Depositary (Tsentralniy Moskovskiy Deposotariy) to maintain shareholders’ registers.
