In the course of the repair program of TGC-1, repair works of hydroelectric technical equipment were completed on three hydroelectric plants of the Polar Region.

As part of the repair program of JSC TGC-1 and preparation of power plants for the heating season of 2012-2013, repair works of main and supporting equipment on JSC TGC-1 Vasileostrovskaya and Avtovskaya CHPPs were completed.

A first meeting was held under the new composition of the Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 on July 16, 2012, elected by the annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 18, 2012.
