TGC-1 has finished the large project of refurbishment three units' speed control at Putkinskaya HPP (Kem' HPPs Cascade) in Karelia.

Industrial Energy Fund members (Finland) visited TGC-1 Yuzhnaya CHP plant on January 12, 2012.

JSC TGC-1 placed bonds for financing of its Investment programm. The bonded loan of JSC TGC-1 series 03 was placed by open subscription on December 27, 2011. The bonded loan was fully bought out by the market.
