JSC TGC-1 releases audited consolidated financial statements (prepared in accordance with IFRS) for the year ended 31 December 2011.

TGC-1 will release 12M 2011 IFRS consolidated financial results on Thursday, 26th April, on the company’s website www.tgc1.ru, followed by a Conference Call in Russian and English.

The TGC-1’s Board of Directors approved a list of candidates to the Company’s Board of Directors to be voted for at the Annual General Shareholder Meeting.
