Project Scope

2007-2012: construction of two power units CCGT-180 with total electric capacity of 360 MW.

2012-2016: construction of the integrated auxiliary building (IAB).

2016: termination of CHPP's old part; transfer of consumers to the new equipment.

About the Plant

Pervomayskaya CHPP is one of the key power enterprises of Saint Petersburg. It provides heat for industries, residential and social structures of the South-West of the city (Admiralteysky, Kirovsky and Krasnoselsky Districts). More than 500,000 people live in the heat supply zone of the power plant, as well as large manufacturers – JSC Kirovsky Zavod, JSC Sea Port of St. Petersburg and PJSC Severnaya Verf Shipyard.
