Bonds of JSC TGC-1 series 03-06 are registered by FFMS of Russia

On December 8, 2011 Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia registered the issues and prospectus of bonds of JSC TGC-1 series three to six for the total amount of 8 billion rubles, placed by public subscription for the purpose of financing the implementation of CCGT-450 construction project at Pravoberezhnaya CHPP.

Each of 4 issues consists of 2 million bonds with a par value of 1 thousand rubles each. The issues were assigned the following state registration numbers: 4-03-03388-D, 4-04-03388-D, 4-05-03388-D, 4-06-03388-D. Circulation term of all issues is 10 years. Bonds will be placed on MICEX stock exchange. ZAO IC Leader is acting as the issue manager.

Before the end of 2011 TGC-1 plans to place bonds of series 03 for the amount not more than 2 billion rubles while the decision on issuing series 04 to 06 will be made next year as the necessity to invite investments for financing PDC projects arises. The amount of coupon rate will be calculated with regard to value of inflation in Russian Federation which is charcterized by consumer price index plus 1.5% - explained Kirill Lykov, Director for Economics and Finance of JSC TGC-1.
